The DAVEY Dynaprime X201 is a self-priming open impeller pump designed for water transfer, drainage, sump emptying and effluent disposal applications. The open impeller design enables the pump to handle dirty water containing some impurities and foreign matter without clogging. Another feature of the design is a built-in check valve which prevents water drainage from the suction pipe when the pump is switched off. This virtually eliminates the necessity for re-priming.
The pump body, outlet, volute and backplate are made from non corrosive glass-filled Noryl, the impeller from high strength glass-filled nylon
MOTOR
The pump includes an integral Davey TEFC PSC type motor specified to match the hydraulic load. The motor is provided with an in-built thermal overload for hot running protection and can be connected directly to a power outlet. Fuse or MCB protection must be provided.
