PUMP
Pedrollo Maxima range of high flow self-priming pool pumps are specially designed for large swimming pool applications. Features include flanged connections and large suction side pre-filter which together with efficient hydraulic performance ensure high filtration capacity. The pump is provided with an integral pre-filter fitted with a transparent cover with an easy release, four stud clamp arrangement, a broad base for stable mounting and high specification materials for extended durability and quiet operation. Pump body and diffuser are made from Glassfibre reinforced polypropylene while the pre-filter and its cover are made of polycarbonate. The impeller is made from Noryl ensuring total resistance to heat, chemicals and salt corrosion. The pump shaft and body screws are made from AISI316 stainless steel.
MOTOR
The pump is coupled to a super quiet TEFC, asynchronous motor with external ventilation provided with cataphoresis treatment on the housing for additional corrosion protection. It should be provided with a remote DOL starter for motor starting according to local regulations.
