This year marks an unprecedented period, not just at Davis & Shirtliff but around the globe largely due to the COVID-19 Pandemic. Top of our mind has always been our customers. You are the main reason why the business exists and without you, we would not exist in any form.

In the background of this, we have implemented several initiatives to address your safety and convenience.

  • Cashless - D&S Kenya has, for the safety and convenience of all stakeholders, introduced a cashless payment policy throughout its network of branches. Taking advantage of digital money technology that has gained high acceptance in the country, the new system will improve the customer experience by providing a safer and more efficient environment for transactions. This is set to be rolled out to all the subsidiaries in the coming months.
  • New Telephony - D&S has introduced a new state of the art internet-based Avaya telephony system through that will  significantly enhance phone connectivity between D&S business units and facilitate improved customer contact from four regional call centers. Pictured is a newly installed handset at D&S Head Office.
  • Solutions - Expanded products range especially in the Solar Pumping range such as the Sunflo range of solutions that offer a Smart solar pumping solution.
  • COVID 19 Measures - Social distancing, Washing and sanitizing of hands, Temperature checks and regular disinfection of our premises and vehicles. You can read more about our response here.
  • Health and Safety trainings - We have leveraged on Technology to provide in time training to as many of our staff as possible using Microsoft Teams, Skype for Business and other technologies. We also have a weekly telecast from our Chairman and CEO on this evolving crisis.
