The Group is seeking to recruit a Brand Support Specialist based at its Nairobi Head Office. The job holder will support the growth, visibility, positioning, and effective market penetration of electrical product brands by providing technical, commercial, marketing, and customer support to internal teams, distributors, contractors, consultants, and end users. The successful candidate will report to the Country Manager and will be responsible for, among other duties:
Roles and Responsibilities
- Support the implementation of brand strategies for company products in line with company objectives.
- Develop and maintain strong knowledge of company products, specifications, applications, features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
- Work closely with the sales team to support product presentations, quotations, tenders, customer proposals, and product demonstrations.
- Provide first-line technical guidance on product selection, installation, application, compatibility, and troubleshooting.
- Respond to customer enquiries regarding product availability, specifications, applications, warranties, and technical requirements.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Electrical Technology, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in FMCG door-door in a manufacturing sector.
- Commercial awareness and ability to work closely with sales teams
- Willingness to travel for customer visits, training, exhibitions, and product demonstrations

- Ability to prioritise work, manage multiple deadlines and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
