PUMP
DAYLIFF DDWS is a PV solar powered submersible closed impeller DC centrifugal pump for well pumping and drainage of clean water containing minimal impurities for domestic and small scale water supply applications. Material of construction is cast aluminium pump body and impeller, silicon carbide (SiC) mechanical seal and AISI301 stainless steel strainer (DDWS 1100). Pumps are supplied with 5m water proof power cable.
MOTOR
The pumps are coupled to high efficiency permanent magnet brushless motors suitable for continuous duty. The DDWS 1100 feature an AC/DC powered motor. For optimal performance it is recommended to size the PV solar module array with a nominal output about 50% greater than the specified motor size and ensure that the input voltage is between the specified limits.
PUMP CONTROLLER
DDWS 600 feature an inbuilt controller that provides thermal protection, over/under voltage, over temperature, reverse polarity and dry run protection. DDW 1100 includes an Intelligent MPPT (Maximum Power Point Tracking) controller providing advanced pump functionality with seamless power source management. Key features include. Ÿ Fully automatic operation and complete protection including low and high voltage, over current, over temperature, reverse polarity and dry run. Ÿ Intelligent power source selection either DC solar, AC mains, or Auto mode, prioritizing DC solar power for optimal energy efficiency and automatic switching to AC mains when the DC solar power is insufficient or unavailable ensuring continuous operation. Ÿ LED Display providing real-time data on voltage, current, power, rotational speed and error codes for easy monitoring and troubleshooting. Ÿ Soft start operation to enhance the longevity of the motor and pump Enclosure Class: Pump - IP68 Insulation Class: F Max Controller Current:18A Speed:3000rpm Controller - IP65
