The PEDROLLO E2 is a versatile multifunction electronic pump controller for the automatic operation of all two pump systems including submersibles and surface types. They offer unmatched flexibility for six selectable operating modes including pressurization, filling and drainage in both clean and wastewater applications providing comprehensive pump management and protection through both analog and digital inputs together with electrical parameter monitoring. Features include:-
- Robust IP55 rated ABS housing provided with an incoming mains isolator with door interlock, parameter input keypad and LCD providing readings of operating and error data.
- Incoming mains current and auxiliary circuit overload protection and individual contactors for each pump (three phase only).
- Adjustable motor overload protection for each pump as well as phase loss and sequence sensing (three phase only).
- Selectable filling and emptying configuration with three external control floats and separate alarm connection.
- Normally open contacts for the connection of low and high level pressure switch control input for each pump plus alarm.
- Automatic motor changeover in the event of a fault.
- Selectable parallel or duty/standby pump operation with auto cycle changeover and delay relay.
- Selectable auto/manual operation with Run and Auto indicator lights.
- Dry run protection using minimum current setting with automatic reset.
- Additional dry run protection using level probes or float switches.
- Wi-Fi enabled for remote system monitoring.
The various operating modes are actuated through sensor options including pressure switches, remote run/stop floats, level sensors or pressure transducers. An integrated self-learning wizard simplifies the system initialization by automatically storing key electrical parameter values, ensuring a quick and straight forward setup.
