Dayliff Maxcon is a high specification multifunction single pump controller for operation and running of single phase and three phase pumps in borehole, booster and general water supply applications. Controllers are fitted with LCD Display that indicates both operating and fault parameters and can be programmed using dip switches and panel keys for various functions. They are available for single phase up to 2.2kW and three phase up to 15kW motors, configuration to a particular motor size being effected by first startup parameter calibration. Particular features include:
- Inbuilt incoming mains supply MCB switch for 15kW model, start capacitor for single phase model and contactors for all three phase models.
- Digital Display for motor operating status including voltage, amps and fault messages that can hold memory for upto 5last failure events.
- Protection against motor overload, under voltage, phase loss, pump short cycling, dry run and transient surge protection.
- Selectable auto/manual operation modes.
- Water supply and drainage application by level control through water level electrodes or float switches.
- Water supply application by pressure control through pressure switch and pressure tank.
