D&S Manufacturing Dept have successfully completed a pilot assembly of Lithium-Ion battery packs. The goal of the project was to onshore LiIon battery manufacturing for product use of energy (PUE) applications in the region.

The initial production run consists of two battery pack sizes (1.2kWh 24V, 2.4kWh 48V) of Lithium Iron Phosphate. The batteries feature integral battery management systems and are matched to Dayliff Ultraverter and Growatt multifunction inverters with principal applications for solar power system storage and mains power supply backup.
