The Technical Division under Director Philip Holi has opened an impressive new chemical plant at Athi River, Machakos County.

Focusing on the production and formulation of Dayliff chemicals for the water treatment and swimming pool segments, the facility will improve product availability and value as well as providing a base for innovation in the important sectors which have a direct impact on sanitation, hygiene and health. Supervised by Production Manager Dickson Marangu and Chemical segment Manager John Waema, the facility is unique in the region and is expected to contribute positively to the local economy.
