GRUNDFOS DW.150.110 PUMP

PUMP GRUNDFOS DW contractor pumps are specially designed to meet heavy-duty drainage and de-watering requirements for applications including construction sites, mines, quarries, etc. All pumps are of exceptionally robust design and manufactured using the highest quality materials to ensure reliability in the harshest operating conditions. A special feature of the design is the option of automatic level control by means of built in electrodes thus avoiding the necessity for a separate level control unit with cables. Also the pumps’ slim design and light weight suits both temporary and permanent installations and makes them easy to handle, transportable and simple to install. Materials of construction are of particularly high specifications including cast nickel-chromium steel semi open multi-vane impellers, heavy-duty dual level mechanical and lip seals, adjustable rubber lined wearing parts for abrasive protection and aluminum alloy stator housing and cooling jackets. All pumps are supplied with 20m of power cable. The extensive GRUNDFOS DW pump range covers a wide selection of duties, the four models specified being standard stock items. Other models are available to special order to suit different pumping applications. MOTOR All pumps are fitted with integral sealed squirrel-cage two-pole induction motors and the jacketed pump body design provides for effective cooling when partially submerged. A thermal overload is incorporated in the windings for additional protection, though all models should be provided with a remote direct-on-line starter with overload protection.
