The Davis & Shirtliff Group is the leading supplier of Water and Energy solutions in the region. The group operates through a network of Ugandan branches namely Kampala, Mukono, Jinja, Mbale, Gulu, Arua Mbarara, Entebbe, Fort Portal and Hoima. We are looking for a qualified and talented young professional to fill the above position.

 The main roles and responsibilities will be as follows:

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
  • Manage and grow the company’s presence on social media platforms and other digital channels
  • Develop, schedule, and monitor engaging marketing content
  • Support distribution and Branch management office administrative activities as assigned
  • Coordinate  stockist branding to ensure brand consistency
  • Support and monitor branch renovation and branding activities
  • Liaise with internal teams, suppliers, and service providers on branding and marketing materials
  • Track campaign performance and provide periodic reports and recommendations.
  • Ensure all branding materials meet company standards and guidelines
  • To manage and support the growth of the various company brands through appropriate marketing activities and campaigns.
  • Any other task deemed necessary to accomplish the above.

The candidate will meet the following requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology or a related field with a minimum of Upper Second Honours degree.
  • 2 years of relevant work experience in digital marketing, branding, or marketing coordination
  • Strong knowledge of social media management, content creation, and online campaign execution
  • Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital marketing tools is an added advantage.
  • Experience in the use of graphic design tools such as Canva.
  • Adaptability to work in a fast- paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
