NB:

1. The successful bidder will be requested for samples before issuance of the full order which should be produced as per the artwork provided. The approved sample will be used to receive the order.
2. Final size breakdown will be issued with the order to the successful bidder. Attached is the consumption size breakdown for 2024

Specifications: The selected supplier will be expected to:

• Supply high-quality polos and tshirts in the specified sizes.
• Supply the polos and tshirts as per the specified gsm and material
• Supply non shrinkable, non fading fabric that will remain intact as per the initial size of the garment
• Supply exactly as per the sample approved to the specified location of Davis and Shirtliff warehouses (Head office, Dundori Road or Tatu City)
• Guarantee consistency in quality supplied
• Keep adequate stocks of the requirements and deliver only when requested

Submission Requirements: Interested and qualified suppliers are required to submit the following:

1. Certificate of Incorporation/ Business Registration Certificate
2. Business Permit
3. Tax Identification Number (PIN) Certificate
4. CR12 certificate
5. Provide references from at least 3 previous clients. Indicate the company name, contact and location.
6. Integrated Management System Certificate or ISO Certificate (Optional)
7. Company Profile: Background information and experience with similar events
8. Pricing: Outline your detailed pricing structure, including the pricing requirements provided. Please note that only suppliers who are eTims compliant will be considered for engagement.
