Victron is a leading premium Inverter charger engineered in Netherlands. Three models are available: Victron Multiplus Inverter/Charger 800VA – 5kVA, Quattro Inverter Charger 8kVA and 10kVA and Easy Solar 2kVA and 3kVA. All inverters with digital multi control panel can be used for power backup application, or for solar off grid application as well as grid connected PV and other alternative energy sources. Multiplus AC/AC inverters feature two AC outputs. In the power back up application, the inverter/charger takes over the power supply to the connected loads in the event of a grid failure or when the generator power is disconnected. This happens in less than 20 milliseconds enabling computers and other electronic equipment to operate without disruption. The second AC output is live only when AC is available in one of the inputs of the inverter.
Quattro AC/AC Inverter also has two AC inputs but with integrated transfer switch for connecting to two independent AC sources, for example the public grid and a generator or two generators, and will automatically connect to the active source. It allows load that are not backed up e.g water heater to be connected directly. Victron inverters offer virtually unlimited power thanks to parallel operation. Upto 6 inverters can operate in parallel. For example, six units of Quattro 48/10000/140 inverters, will provide 54kW / 60kVA output and 840Amps charging capacity.
Easy Solar Inverter is an all-in-one solar power solution that combines a MPPT solar charge controller, an inverter/charger and AC distribution in one enclosure. The inverter features color control panel which prioritises battery charging by MPPT and also enables remote monitoring. It also has unique power-assist technology that protects grid/generator from overloading by adding extra inverter power when needed. The inverter is easy to install with minimum wiring.
Victron Inverters can also provide three Phase capability, since three units can be configured for three phase output. Additional features include On-site Monitoring and control, Remote Monitoring and control and remote configuring.
The inverters are also protected against output short circuit, overload, battery voltage too high, battery voltage too low, high temperature, 230 VAC on inverter output, input voltage ripple too high.
